2. The rules of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Store) (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) apply to the Client when placing an order in this online Store.
3. The Client is not allowed to place an order if they have not familiarized themselves with the Store’s Rules. In all cases, it is considered that the Client has read and agrees with the Rules if, prior to ordering the goods, they confirm their agreement by checking the appropriate box during the ordering process. The Client agrees that, by marking their consent during the first order, the consent will be marked automatically for future purchases. If the Client does not agree, either partially or fully, with all or certain parts of the Rules, they must refrain from placing the order electronically. Otherwise, it is considered that the Client has read and unconditionally agreed with all the Store’s Rules.
4. The Store is not liable in cases where losses arise because the Client, despite the recommendations provided and their obligations, has not familiarized themselves with the Store’s Rules, although such an opportunity was provided.
5. The Store reserves the right to amend the Rules only for important reasons and must specify the effective date of the changes, which cannot be less than 7 days from the date of publication on the online store. Orders submitted by the Client before the effective date of the changes will be fulfilled according to the previously applicable Rules.

ORDER PLACEMENT PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS

1. The order is canceled as quickly as possible when the Client contacts the Store through the customer service contacts provided and expresses the desire to cancel the order.
2. The Client, after visiting the Store’s website, selects the desired products.
3. By selecting products, the Client confirms that they have sufficient competence to choose products with suitable characteristics.
4. After forming the product order, the Client must enter the necessary data for the delivery of the selected products: their name, surname, address where the products will be delivered, phone number, and additional information that may be important for delivering the ordered products or issuing an invoice. The Store confirms that the data provided by the Client will be used exclusively for the purposes of product sale, delivery, and invoicing, without violating the personal data protection requirements of the country where the company is registered.
5. The Client’s inquiry is sent to the responsible employee’s email address in the online store. Within 48 hours, the inquiry is reviewed, and the Client is provided with a response regarding the selected products. The final price, transportation costs, and production and delivery timelines are indicated.
6. Upon the Client’s confirmation of the product selection, an invoice is issued, which the buyer is obligated to pay via bank transfer within 7 business days. The order is only initiated after 100% payment has been received. If the order is not paid within 7 business days, it is canceled.
7. The Client’s submitted order is stored in the MB Decoend company database.
8. In all cases, it is considered that the Client, by placing an order, has read and unconditionally agrees with all the Store’s Rules as well as all other conditions specified with the order.
