EARTH Ceramics Sculpture

“Earth” explores the dual nature of human existence—our connection to both the spiritual and physical realms. The smooth, mystical form of the black ceramic head captures the essence of the spiritual world, while the raw, grounding concrete base symbolizes the physical earth.

The subtle hues and textures left by the firing process lend a sense of mystery and magic to the sculpture, as if it holds secrets of the unseen. Yet, anchored in concrete, it remains rooted, reminding us that as humans, we are both dreamers and doers—spiritual beings living a physical experience.

“Earth” invites viewers to reflect on balance: finding harmony between the ethereal and the grounded, the intangible and the tangible.
